Product return terms
Earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are all personal belongings and have undergone strict quality inspection before shipment. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after sale except for the appendix:
*Appendix 1: If the product has the following conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods (including the day of receipt), and we will return or exchange the goods for you.
*Appendix 2:The product is damaged during transportation, including falling accessories, cracks, and obvious damage.
*Appendix 3:The product received does not match the order.
If the bracelet needs to be returned or exchanged due to insufficient size, consumers are asked to contact us within 7 days of the cooling-off period (including the day of receipt) and send the product back together with all original packaging. We will handle the follow-up processing for you.
For crystal quartz decorations, please contact us within the 7-day cooling-off period (including the day of receipt), and We will return the goods for you. (Please note that if the return rate is too high, you will be blacklisted and will not accept your orders in the future)
Product exchange terms
*If you need to adjust the bracelet size after receiving it or any suchas this situation, consumers need to bear the shipping costs themselves. Consumers are also asked to contact us within 7 days of the cooling-ff period, and We will handle the follow-up processing for you.
*If the remaining products are damaged after receipt, consumers are asked to contact us within 7 days of the cooling-off period, and We will provide you with return or exchange services.
